You will be asked for your personal (name, surname, address, phone numbers, email address) we may need for possible communications and your credit card number with its expiry date as simple assurance for your reservation.

Our Website has been provided with a VeriSign® SSL certificate protecting your personal data. The pieces of information exchanged with any Website whose URL begins with https are encrypted before the transmission by using the SSL technology.

The data requested during the reservation will be passed to the chosen accommodation facility directly with the only aim of completing the reservation and of giving the necessary information and the requested services.

Providing the personal data concerning the client is a compulsory condition to perform the requested services. In its absence, we will not be able to perform the requested services and to fulfill the consequent obligations connected to the performance of these services.

In compliance with the laws on the subject we follow strict safety procedures in the personal data processing in order to prevent from their improper use caused by any possible unauthorized access.

Our booking office works by respecting the above mentioned Italian decree on the privacy. Therefore, in order to fulfill the requested services the client specifically consents to the processing of his/her given personal data and to their consequent use for commercial, administrative, tax fulfillments connected to our business. As for the processing methods we kindly inform you the acquired data:

• will be collected and used in a lawful way, through computer and paper means, also when these data will be placed at the disposal of other partners of the service itself;

Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights – Section 7 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code

1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
