ValledaostaPass is a free and exclusive service of ADAVA - Association of the Hoteliers of Valle d’Aosta, which assure the security and the convenience to book an Hotel, a Residence or a Guest House and to receive a confirmation of the reservation to show to the reception on your arrival at the hotel.
ON-LINE RESERVATION
Our system, advanced and reliable, allows to book directly on-line one of the hotels available on the web-site 24 hours a day. Booking of hotels and residences on-line through our Internet site is possible with advance warning of at least 3 days before the date of departure.
Each hotel is presented with an information sheet which gives a description of the hotel, the category, location, prices and its services. The computer system automatically calculates the total price for the stay requested, bearing in mind the number of persons, the length of the stay, the board arrangements. You should only give your personal data and the number and details of your credit card as “ warranty” of your reservation. The cancellation terms are specified in the next paragraph. The personal data and the details of the credit card are secured by a 128 bit cryptography system supported by SSL world protocols designed by VeriSign and in regard to what is defined about privacy on the Legislative Decree 196/2003, which you can read about in the next few paragraphs.
As confirmation, the customer will receive the booking voucher directly via e-mail or via fax, that has to be showed at the hotel on arrival. In the voucher are indicated the details of the reservation: type of accommodation, arrangements, prices and the helpfully information to contact the booked hotel.If you don’t receive your personal confirmation please keep in touch with our booking centre immediately.
The balance for the accommodation, contrary previous orders excepted, must be paid together with any extra and other services not indicated on the voucher, directly at the hotel before the departure.

RESERVATION BY PHONE
You can reserve an hotel also by phone, calling our “Call Centre” at (+39) 0165 230015 during office’s time opening.
On the basis of your requests and preferences, our staff will help you to find the required accommodation.

CANCELLATIONS TERMS
In case of cancellation of the reservation or if you don’t show up on the arranged date , the hotel manager is allowed to charge on your credit card the total amount of the missed stay, unless otherwise agreed with the structure.
We refer to Hotel’s customs and habits of Valle d’Aosta , which have been approved by a decision of the Regional Governement of Valle d’Aosta n. 894 of the 29/03/04.

HOTEL SERVICES
The official classification is assigned by the Assessorato regionale al Turismo. Hotels are awarded from 1 to 5 stars, while residences are awarded from 2 to 4 stars, on the basis of the general quality of the buildings, facilities and services provided.
Double rooms: these are normally with two separate twin beds or double bed.
Three-bedded rooms: these are normally double rooms with an extra bed.
Four-bedded rooms: these are normally double rooms with two extra beds and hence they may be less spacious.
Single rooms: these are normally with one bed
Usually the rooms are made available to guests after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left free by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Board: bed and breakfast accommodation includes only breakfast; half-board accommodation includes breakfast and one other meal (usually the evening meal); full-board accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are excluded in half and full-board accommodation.
The activities and the use of services may be enjoyed according to the indications of the information sheet for the individual accommodation facilities.
All the services and extras, if requested, together with drinks consumed, must be paid for in situ. Payment may be made in cash or by credit card, where these are accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: All the prices published in the site are in €uro.
The description and the prices of hotel services have been supplied to us by the hotels themselves. The “ValledaostaPass” booking centre shall not be held responsible by the client for any breach on the part of the hotel or residence which received the booking, in terms of the adequacy of the accommodation or the failure to supply the services agreed, in whole or in part.
CHILDREN AND REDUCTIONS
Children between 0 and under 2 years at the time of the stay are usually entitled to special reductions, calculated automatically by the computer system. Discounts for children, together with any discounts for the 3rd and 4th bed, are referred to accommodation in a room with 2 persons paying the full rate. Cots and meals for babies, if requested, must be paid for in situ.
INFORMATION REGARDING PRIVACY
“Obligatory privacy information according to the Legislative Decree. 109/03.
Our booking centre operates in accordance with the aforementioned law on privacy. Hence the client agrees explicitly to the use of the personal data supplied by him in order to provide the service requested and to the consequential use of this data for the necessary commercial, administrative and fiscal purposes inherent in our activities. As regards the treatment of data, the following is specified:
• The personal data acquired will be collected and used as permitted by the law, on computer and paper media, exclusively to provide the services requested, also when this data is made available to other partners in the same service.
• The acquiring of personal data concerning the client is necessary in order to supply the services required. In the absence of this data it will not be possible to supply the services requested and fulfil the obligations linked to the provision of these services.
